Operational Restructuring

The institute's chair, a former Amazon UK boss, confirmed that 78 different research projects at the organization with 440 employees have been terminated, spun out or finished because they do not align with the revised strategy.

Workplace Issues

The center has faced internal strife since last year as staff protested against restructuring, culminating in a group of employees registering an official concern to the relevant regulatory body.

The institute's leadership stated that these employee allegations were independently investigated by a neutral third party that found them to have no substance.
